Since 2004, I have accompanied international film productions as an on-set acting coach. In more than 100 films, I have been able to support actors in shaping their roles with depth, authenticity, and confidence.
Since 2025, I have also been working as a trained intimacy coordinator, supporting film and television productions in the sensitive implementation of nudity, intimacy, kissing, sex scenes, and the depiction of sexualized violence.
The work with young performers is especially close to my heart. It gives me great joy to create a protected space for them through age-appropriate, respectful interaction and pedagogical sensitivity, in which their creativity can unfold freely.
I am very familiar with the particular demands on set; through mindfulness and an open ear for everyone involved, I create an atmosphere in which artistic freedom and professionalism go hand in hand.
Artistic freedom arises where boundaries can be expressed without fear. An honest ‘no’ becomes a source of new impulses and inspiration.
Intimacy Coordinator
The use of an intimacy coordinator strengthens the image of the production and protects the well-being of the performers. Precise preparation and clear procedures minimize uncertainties and save time!
In my role as an intimacy coordinator, I design and document work processes that are based on trust and clear communication. Structure and sensitivity create space for creative development.
My focus is on a respectful, consent-based process – in close exchange with the director and the performers. This creates scenes that are both safe and artistically convincing.

As a trained educator and actress with over 30 years of professional experience (pedagogical experience) and more than 20 years of work as an on-set acting coach, I accompany actors directly on set – with empathy, clarity, and a trained eye for their individual needs.
